BEST ZOMBIE KILL:
A Zombie meets it's end when it's chest is impaled with a stun baton.
Dead & Deader is a Zombie Comedy, a "Zomedy" as some like to say. This movie is available individually, and as part of a set “The Zomedy Collection”, which I believe is exclusive to Best Buy. Dead & Deader is about a military officer, Bobby Quinn (Dead Cain), who gets infected by a Zombie virus while on a mission. Along with his comrades, he is returned home in a body bag. The virus re-animates him, but his mental strength and, (laugh) unusually high white cell count, stop him from becoming a flesh eating monster. Meanwhile, his comrades aren't as lucky, and the infestation spreads.
This movie is watchable, but unless you're a die hard Zombie fan, not seeing it isn't a sin. It does have it's moments, gore and humor, but plot holes and somewhat forced 'humorous' references to things like 'Dawn of the Dead', 'The New Adventures of Superman' and a few others make it a less tolerable movie. That being said, it is enjoyable if you have the ability to laugh or shrug off the plot holes and not funny humor.
As I stated before, this film can be purchased in a set. The movie is packaged with 'Night of the Living Dorks' and 'Dead & Breakfast'. Again, I believe it was an exclusive to Best Buy, but I'm not sure that it is available anymore. Unless you're a Zombie fan, 'The Zomedy Collection' probably wouldn't impress you too much, and this film is, in this writers opinion, the best movie if the three. So if you're going to buy it, and are not interested in the other films in 'The Zomedy Collection', I would simply buy this one instead of trying to track down the set.
